Customers using Small Parcel Suite can connect carrier accounts directly to 3PL Warehouse Manager using a variety of label providers. These providers are companies that have partnered with Extensiv for the carrier integration and service capabilities required to comply with carrier requirements for shipping.
This article reviews the general process for connecting a carrier to a label provider.
When you connect your carrier account to 3PL Warehouse Manager on the Small Parcel Settings page, you are required to select your provider.
- ShipEngine connections are available by default for all Small Parcel Suite customers, and you do not need to sign up for any account.
- BUKU Ship and Pitney Bowes both require an account prior to activation of any carrier connection.
Once you have selected your provider, you can enter your carrier-specific account requirements to activate your account(s) in Small Parcel Suite. For a full list of the carriers supported in Small Parcel Suite, please see our help articles on connecting our SmartParcel Carriers.
Please note that if you have interest in a shipping label provider that is not included in our Parcel API, kindly contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to inquire about the opportunity of adding your desired partner into our ecosystem.
