Up to 1 hour of downtime anticipated between 20:00 and 21:00 PT (23:00 and 24:00 ET)
New + Improved
WMS-17367 – WooCommerce API: Added a "User-Agent" header to communications to avoid 403 errors (Forbidden Request) when responding to WooCommerce requests.
WMS-17611 – Small Parcel Suite: Improved the efficiency of loading the Print HVP Batches dialog to reduce load time.
WMS-17662 – Small Parcel Suite: Added a check function to prevent 500 errors from occurring if you clicked one of the pack/ship buttons multiple times within the Pack and Ship dialog.
WMS-17945 – Small Parcel Suite: Added two new fields to the Pack and Ship dialog so that you can view the carrier and shipping service associated with an order upon rate shopping.
WMS-18174 – SmartScan Pack: Added the ability to create a package with custom dimensions when using either Standard Pack or Pack from Shelves. There is now a 'Custom Package' option in the 'Add a Package' drop-down list, which you can scan/select to open a dialog to enter the package dimensions (length, width, height).
WMS-18546 – Small Parcel Suite: Updated the options in the 'Add a Package' drop-down list to sort alphabetically.
WMS-18561 – Small Parcel Suite: Updated the 'Add a Package' function to allow creation of multiple packages at a time.
WMS-18634 – Small Parcel Suite: Updated the label-printing process for both ZPL and PDF labels to be asynchronous to help reduce timeout errors. Now, selecting 'Ship' or 'Pack and Ship' queues the label processing in the background, where you can track the progress in the Running Tasks dialog (via the gear icon in the top tab bar). Once the label processing completes, the Small Parcel grid refreshes and the label files generate automatically. Note: High-volume processing (HVP) is not impacted by this change—this only affects the standard processing of labels.
WMS-17169 – Small Parcel Suite: Resolved an issue where the package count for UCC-128 labels was not showing correctly for single-printed labels.
WMS-17982 – Event Notifications: Corrected an issue where receipt imports were not triggering the 'Advance Shipping Notice' and 'Receive on Dock' event notifications.
WMS-18205 – Stock Status by Anniversary Report: Addressed an issue where the invoiced charge for recurring storage did not match the recurring storage amount displayed on the default report. This resulted from one of the values being rounded to four decimal places in one area and not in the other.
WMS-18255 – SmartScan Pick: Resolved an issue related to multi-order pick jobs when one or more orders in the pick jobs were processed and closed without picking in SmartScan. In this case, the Closed orders would still show up as part of the pick job when a user started working on it. Now, orders are removed from any assigned pick jobs when they are closed via Ship and Close in 3PL Warehouse Manager.
WMS-18476 – Small Parcel Suite: Corrected an issue in the Pack and Ship dialog where outbound serial numbers were not displaying in the SmartPack grid.
WMS-18501 – SmartScan Settings: Addressed an issue where the currently selected printer would not display when re-opening the print settings.
WMS-18577 – SmartScan Receipts: Resolved a display issue when using 'Scan to increment quantity', in which the expected quantity was not displaying in the Quantity field.
WMS-18745 – Batch Item Update: Corrected an issue when updating items via an import file where the update process was not recognizing values added to the StorageRates column. The only way to update this value was to do it manually through the UI.
WMS-18746 – Batch Item Update: Addressed an issue when updating items via an import file where clearing values in the ItemFacilityStorageRates column would not remove the value from the item setup in the UI.
WMS-18946 – View Transaction Report: Resolved an issue in the default report that would occur when viewing transactions that use outbound serialization, in which the report would incorrectly calculate the quantities displayed for each line item and the order total.
WMS-18958 – SmartScan Receipts: Corrected an issue in the Receipts module when scanning a GS1 barcode that contains a secondary or packaging UPC where the application would throw an error stating that "The SKU or UPC could be found or parsed." As part of this fix, we extended our support for scanning GS1 application identifiers to support both GS1 (01) and (02).
