WMS-5470 – Returns: Updated the Returns module to display the relevant transaction number and customer name at the top of the page, when creating or editing a return, for verification purposes.
WMS-9795 – Audit Inventory: Added an 'Allocated Qty' column to the grid when reconciling jobs to clearly identify the portion of the variance that will not be adjusted because it is currently allocated inventory.
WMS-11583 – Send ASN: On the Find Orders page, when you select Documents > Send ASN, a number of pre-checks can now occur to ensure that specific fields have correct values before the ASN is sent. If no orders fail the pre-checks, a confirmation message will appear. If any pre-checks fail, an error message will display that lists all the failed orders with the checks that failed—you can then choose to send the non-failed orders or to cancel the action.
One of these pre-checks will always be performed, validating that you have a valid FTP connection configured for your account. All other pre-checks are defined in a customer's setup options.
WMS-11693 – Manage Customers: Reorganized the customer settings so each category is separated into tabbed sections, and added ASN Settings under the Orders section so you can specify which pre-checks you wish to occur when sending an ASN for that customer.
WMS-11868 – Pick Ticket: Updated the default 'Pick Ticket External' template to improve performance related to retrieving location information.
WMS-11890 – Item Activity Report: Updated the default 'Detailed' report to improve performance related to retrieving location information.
WMS-11925 – Manage Warehouse: Added the option to 'Use only predefined locations' when adjusting inventory—when enabled, this setting prevents you from creating locations "on the fly" on the Adjust Inventory page.
WMS-11952 – Customer Pricing Report: Updated the default report to improve performance related to retrieving location information.
WMS-5240 – Manage Customers: Corrected an issue where the system was not allowing you to set a customer's payment terms for QuickBooks Online. You now have the option to set the Net Terms under the 'System Option' section.
WMS-5305 – Order Import: Resolved an issue where the system was not properly recognizing a Contact Code when specified in the 'ShipToCustomerID' column of the standard Order Import Template. Specifying a ship-to contact with the appropriate Contact Code would only populate the code on the order, rather than the contact's ship-to information, and would create a new ship-to contact. The system now properly populates the ship-to information when specifying a Contact Code for an imported order.
WMS-9499 – Manage Locations: Addressed a timeout issue that would occur if you attempted to 'Select All' locations after specifying a Location ID filter that returned a large number of locations. This issue was caused by system logic that would check all locations in the filter to determine whether they were eligible for deletion. The system now no longer uses this logic unless you attempt to delete the locations.
WMS-11956 – SmartParcel: Corrected an issue where the system was bypassing the label caps set for customers that started using SmartParcel since the switch to ShipEngine, our new small parcel partner. Those caps are now enforced properly for all customers.
WMS-12107 – SmartScan: Resolved an issue in which fields that required more data were not displaying with a red border to indicate that those fields were required.
WMS-12236 – Audit Inventory: The new 'Allocated Qty' grid column is working as intended when reviewing jobs; however, the values in this column default to 0 after you click Reconcile Jobs. Despite this issue, the variance values are still accurate.
