Each of the Report articles on your left walks through the general steps to run various reports within 3PL Warehouse Manager and details the data populated in each report.
If you would like to customize any of these reports, please reach out to your CSM with the desired modifications.
Smart User Tip: Exporting from our system will normally give a 1-to-1 representation of the data from the grid. However, when numerical values contain leading zeroes or exceed 11 characters, those values will automatically convert to scientific notation upon opening the file. To prevent Excel from converting your data into formulas when performing an export, choose to export your report in CSV format.
Once you make your selections to generate a report and click Run Report, scroll down to the report. From the 'Select a Format' drop-down menu, specify CSV (comma delimited) before you click Export.
One method of avoiding this conversion in Excel is saving the file, converting it to a .txt file, then importing into Excel. To do this, open a blank worksheet, select the Data tab, then specify to import 'From Text/CSV'. For further guidance on this, please refer to Microsoft's help article here.
