New + Improved
SV-5458 – ShipEngine: Added support for UPS Mail Innovations when shipping with SmartParcel powered by ShipEngine. You can now designate when you're packing items using Mail Innovations packaging and ship using Mail Innovations service levels.
SV-5510 – Find Orders: Added 'Address 2' as an available column in the Find Orders grid.
SV-6570 – ShipEngine: Added more robust support for Stamps.com when shipping with SmartParcel powered by ShipEngine. You can now have multiple Stamps.com accounts for multiple customers and facilities, as well as utilize rate shopping—selecting a service level that includes a package type will set that as the packaging for the order.
SV-6764 – Find Orders: Added 'Ship To Email' as an available column in the Find Orders grid.
SV-6765 – Find Orders: Added 'Ship To Phone' as an available column in the Find Orders grid. SV-6765
SV-6776 – Manage Items: Enhanced several fields in the Hazardous Materials section to support full string values, including extended characters, spaces, etc. Fields affected by this enhancement include Class, Shipping Name, Material ID, Label Code, and Flashpoint.
SV-6864 – ShipEngine: Added support for packing an order with FedEx One Rate packaging using SmartParcel powered by ShipEngine.
SV-6985 – Manage Carrier Accounts: Modified the text when setting up a DHL eCommerce account from "DHL Account Number" to "Client ID" to more accurately represent the intended field value.
SV-7015 – ShipEngine: Added support for the FedEx SmartPost Parcel Select Lightweight service level when shipping with SmartParcel powered by ShipEngine—please note this service can only be used with ShipEngine.
SV-4407 – Find Orders: Addressed an issue when backdating or confirming an order where the date/time stamp was recorded as 1–2 hours later than the actual time.
SV-6467 – General: Updated the Date Range filters in Find Orders, Find Receipts, and Manage Inventory so that the default start time on the filter is 12:00am (midnight). Previously, this filter was using the default date/time selection value of 12:00pm (noon), which doesn't make sense when searching across a full day.
SV-6649 – View Transaction Report: Resolved an issue related to rounding up the Unit Price, which made it difficult to properly cross-reference with other billing documentation. Note that the final billing calculations were all correct, but the way in which the Unit Price value was represented on the report made it look like there might be an error.
SV-6778 – Manage Items: Corrected an issue in the Movable Units section where specifying the Tie and High values was not auto-calculating the MU Quantity. Specifying Tie and High is not required, but if you choose to enter those values, the system will calculate MU Quantity by multiplying Tie and High.
SV-6833 – Create/Edit Order: Resolved an issue when adding an order line item where specifying a Secondary quantity would not activate the 'Add' button and require you to manually validate the Primary quantity before the Add button would activate.
SV-6911 – Find Orders: Addressed an issue when using Order Queue to manually allocate orders with the new Warehouse setting enabled to 'Prevent partial order allocation'. When you attempted to allocate a group of orders, only the first was allocated, whether there was inventory sufficient to allocate other orders in the list or not. In this scenario, you can now multi-select orders to manually allocate and the system will automatically allocate all orders that it can fully allocate. Any orders that cannot be fully allocated will be bypassed to reserve stock for orders that can be processed and shipped immediately.
SV-6980 – Manage Carrier Accounts: Corrected an issue where a lack of an account number returning from ShipEngine was preventing the system from completing the registration of DHL eCommerce accounts.
SV-7007 – General: Made additional updates to help minimize session-related issues when accessing Classic pages that are still in use by the SmartView interface. This modification affects the management of the authentication cookie that's set when you log into 3PL Warehouse Manager. With this change, upon login to SmartView, the system will remove and replace any existing authentication token to help make sure they don't get out of sync.
