The Ignore SKU feature allows you to define SKUs that are sent via external order management systems, such as Amazon and Shopify, that your warehouse does not fulfill.
Before you can use this feature, you must ensure that all ignored SKU(s) exist in 3PL Warehouse Manager under Items > Manage Items. You must also have an API connection enabled for your account—see Getting Started with Shopping Cart Integrations for more information.
To create an ignored SKU, navigate to Customers > Ignore SKUs.
Select the relevant customer and parser from the drop-down menus, then click Add. In the 'IgnoreSKU' field, enter the name of the SKU you'd like to ignore—please note that this entry must match the SKU name recorded under Items > Manage Items. Click Save. Repeat for each ignored SKU you wish to set up.
Once all ignored SKUs are created, if using this feature with an Amazon shopping cart integration, you must send a list of the ignored SKUs to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can finalize the blacklisting process.
To edit an ignored SKU, select it from the grid, click Edit, make your changes, then click Save.
To delete an ignored SKU, select it from the grid, then click Delete.
