In the case that you need to void an active shipping label, you can do so from the Find Orders page. In order to void a label, the shipping label must have been previously generated in the system and the order(s) must be closed.
To void a shipping label, navigate to Orders > Find Orders. Select one or more orders from the grid, using < Ctrl > or < Shift > to multi-select. Hover over SmartParcel, then click Void Shipping Label.
You will receive a confirmation message that the void is in progress, then a success message will appear once the void is complete. The system will remove the tracking number from the order, then you can reship the package if needed.
